On 1 December 2023, I delivered my inaugural address as Professor of Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Law of Maastricht University. The title was: On the Necessity of Judicial Review for Democratic Governance.
It was a great day. One of the highlights was the ‘stair photo’ with the entire cortege.
